Message	recommend buying the one with the highest compression numbers and lowest leak down numbers. At a bare minimum, plan on changing all seals / valve cover gaskets, timing belt with idlers and tensioner, water pump, etc. After that, planning on flushing the coolant several times. Before assembly, check / delete the under plenum throttle body coolant hard lines as typically they are clogged up.
